Our Story
Eastern Bays Automotive started in 2002 with a simple idea: run an honest workshop where people feel comfortable bringing their cars.
No hard sells, no unnecessary work, no confusing jargon. Just straight talk about what your vehicle actually needs. Over two decades later, that approach hasn't changed.
The team have built a reputation in Glen Innes and across East Auckland for being the kind of mechanics you can trust - the ones who'll tell you when something doesn't need fixing yet, and who'll always get your approval before doing any work.
We're not a franchise. We don't have a marketing department telling us to upsell. We're a local business run by people who live in the community and care about doing right by our customers. Many of our clients have been coming to us for years - some since we first opened the doors.
From routine WOF inspections and full car services to complex diagnostics and transmission work, we handle it all in-house. We also provide WINZ quotes for customers who need financial assistance with car repairs.
